These Wiki’s give you a place to record all the processes and procedures that makes your business hum.

If not for recorded knowledge, the very server you are using would not exist.

Each server comes with three distinct and separate wiki’s for different use cases.  Examples of using these three wikis could be:

A Staff wiki.  To provide a home for company policies and procedures.  How to reference manuals, links to sites of interest and much more.

An Internal wiki.  Something like this might be where you keep your business license information ,tax filing procedures, hire and fire procedures, building maintenance information, bookkeeping answers, information about internal policies and procedures not privy to general staff.

A Client Information wiki.  Each time you take on a new client it is often important to document specifics about that client and or their purchase.   This is a good place to keep an ongoing log about what’s important for you to know about your clients
